Some friends of mine recently made the move to embrace the new urban opportunities that exist in OKC. A couple with a son and a trio of kitties, they gave up the typical large Oklahoma lawn and sleepy suburban setting for something that more closely resembled their living situations in both The Bay Area and Los Angeles. Something sleeker with a bit more walkability and accessibility to the fresh new cultural offerings our city continues to churn out.
They definitely found it.
This trio is making their three-story brownstone their own with nods to their shared loves (like a series of framed concert posters), their families (the family wall in the guest bath is a favorite), and their current city (many a piece were purchased locally at beloved local spots such as Plenty Mercantile and Always Greener).
